INGREDIENTS
MAIDA- 1 CUP
BOILED POTATO-1
SALT- TO TASTE
CURD-4 TSP
WATER-TO KNEAD
METHOD
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS .
ADD WATER KNEAD TO DOUGH AND LEAVE FOR 1 HOUR
MAKE INTO PURIS.
AND DEEP FRY IN OIL.
NOW BATURAS ARE READY
